The sultry and sophisticated author, brand ambassador, and radio and TV personality and the budding South African rapper went their separate ways twice – just before New Year’s Day and in the earlier portion of 2017. He announced via Twitter for both instances.
- The Weeknd and Selena Gomez
The Canadian-Ethiopian rapper, producer, and songwriter was spotted canoodling with the songbird in early January 2017. By October, the flame that lit their relationship went out. The two are reportedly on friendly terms despite her rapid return to Justin Bieber.
- Janet Jackson and Wissam Al-Mana
The legendary actress and singer secretly wed the billionaire businessman in 2012. The pair caused many to question their union due to the fact that Al-Mana is Muslim and Jackson isn’t. The two welcomed baby Eissa five months before they parted ways.
- Unathi Msengana and Thomas Msengana
South African celebrity judge, singer, actress, and radio DJ split from her husband also a DJ and took to public television to confirm their demise. The two were married in 2009 and have two children.
- Chris Attoh and Damilola Adegbite
The actors starred together in the Nollywood film Flower Girl and popular Nigerian show Tinsel. They made sparks on camera however their marriage ended after two years. The couple is now committed to maintaining a healthy equilibrium for their son Brian.
